Share books you’re done with. Borrow books of interest. Could have bulletin board for sharing favorite podcasts, web resources, etc. some Cozy bean bags to sit and read in, making it a reading corner?

From Erin : Every [week?/month?], people can submit their name into a pool and get randomly matched with someone else to schedule a short catch up (maybe ~20 min?), over coffee/a snack. This could be a way to casually meet others in the space and/or continue to get to know fellow co-workspace-inhabitants? But also maybe the space itself will kinda naturally facilitate this exact thing 😅

Board games, video games, whatever floats your glacier! I hear there are some climate oriented board games as well… I’m happy to contribute my n64 for added retro enjoyment.
